Agreement
By hiring a vehicle or booking a tour with Nepal Motorbike Rental Services, you agree to comply with the
following terms and conditions.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles must only be used by authorized riders with valid licenses. Any misuse, illegal activity, or
reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
Payments
Payment must be completed as agreed during booking. Security deposits are refundable upon safe return of
the vehicle in its original condition.
Liability
Riders are responsible for any damage, theft, or fines incurred during the rental period. Insurance covers
third-party damage only.
Restrictions
Vehicles must not be used in restricted zones, for racing, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Violations will result in immediate termination of rental.
Cancellation
Cancellation policies follow our standard rules: full refund before 48 hours, partial refund within 24–48
hours, and no refund within 24 hours.
Legal Compliance
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled under Nepalese jurisdiction.
